Boulevard may send appointment reminders and booking confirmations on our behalf via SMS and email. Standard messaging rates may apply.

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive transactional messages related to your appointments. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or by contacting us directly. We do not sell your contact information or use it for third-party marketing.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with:

  • Boulevard and other service providers who help us operate our business

1. Individual Service Selection

Franklin's offers all services individually, giving clients the flexibility to choose exactly what they need at accessible prices. Should you wish to add a blowout or haircut after a coloring service, please inform our reception team when scheduling to ensure adequate time is allocated.

2. Appointment Changes

We request a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice for any cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will incur the full service charge. A valid credit card must be kept on file when booking. For prompt processing, cancellations must be made by phone directly to the salon; email cancellations cannot be accommodated.

3. Tardiness

Arriving late may result in abbreviated services, service modifications, or rescheduling requirements, with the original pricing still applicable.

4. Rates & Transactions

Service rates may be adjusted without prior notice. All service purchases are considered final.

5. Personal Items

Franklin's Salon assumes no liability for personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.

6. Merchandise Returns

Returns are permitted within 10 days only for unused, resellable products returned with original safety seals unbroken. Previously used items are non-returnable.

7. Payment Methods

Credit card payments include a 3% processing charge. Debit card payments have no additional fees. Franklin's Salon operates cashless and does not accept personal checks. Please specify debit payment preference at checkout. Immediate refunds for payment method errors are not available.

8. Gratuities

Tips are welcomed but entirely voluntary at Franklin's.

10. Initial Consultations
